Hello together,
I had installed Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi 4 (via Raspberrypi Imager) and integrated a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (ZBDongle-P). So far only advanced SSH & web Terminal, file editor, Mosquitto Broker and Zigbee2MQTT are installed.
When trying to start Zigbee2MQTT, the error “502 bad Gateway” always appears. The stick is recognised, in the configuration under mqtt I have entered its device path “/dev/ttyUSB0” for the dongle, which is displayed under “hardware”. I also tried: “/dev/serial/by-id/usb-ITead_Sonoff_Zigbee_3.0_USB_Dongle_Plus_92128c2b8bd8ed11b9696b6162c613ac-if00-port0”.
There are many questions an answers in the web, I have tried a lot of these troubleshooting tips, but nothing works. I had also reinstalled Home Assistant on the Raspberry Pi 4 several times.
As a newbie, I have no further idea what else I can do to find a solution.
Thanks in advance for another useful hint.
Freddie
Sometimes I get only the message “502 bad gateway” and
sometimes a message like this (when I try to start Zigbee2MQTT):
Fehler beim Speichern der Add-on Konfiguration, Invalid dict for option ‘mqtt’ in Zigbee2MQTT (45df7312_zigbee2mqtt). Got {‘data_path’: ‘/config/zigbee2mqtt’, ‘socat’: {‘enabled’: False, ‘master’: ‘pty,raw,echo=0,link=/tmp/ttyZ2M,mode=777’, ‘slave’: ‘tcp-listen:8485,keepalive,nodelay,reuseaddr,keepidle=1,keepintvl=1,keepcnt=5’, ‘options’: ‘-d -d’, ‘log’: False}, ‘mqtt’: ‘/dev/ttyUSB0’, ‘serial’: {}}
