Error adding the ZigBee dongle

Hello everyone,

I’ve connected the ZigBee 3.0 dongle to my home automation system and installed ZigBee2MQTT.

I thought I could use it to access my radiator thermostats.

But when I try to add the ZigBee dongle to the dashboard, I get the error message: “Zigbee Home Automation
Error testing USB device”

What am I doing wrong?

You are trying to install Zigbee2mqtt and ZHA at the same time.
Load one or the other.
