Error code when adding Sensi Thermostat

When I try to add my Sensi thermostat I enter the PIN printed on the back of the unit and HA responds with "Incorrect HomeKit code. Please check it and try again. The PIN matches the indicated pattern of “XXX-XX-XXX” so I don’t get it. The PIN is “850-40-336” I’ve attached an image of the back of the thermostat so you can see what I see.

I get a monthly email from “sensi by COPELAND” reporting my heating and cooling hours. Does that mean I already connected it to the web and I need to unpair it? Okay, I deleted the account with COPELAND. Still getting this error when trying to pair it with HA though.

There is a Sensi Custom Integration available thru HACS that I use.

Thanks for the reply SG. Can I ask why you decided to use HACS integration instead of the default integration? Did you have problems with setup as well?

There is no core sensi integration as such. Mayne you found a workaround with apple stuff, don’t know. but so far this works great and it is actively supported.
