I was installing home Assistant by using virtual box , i can do access on home assistant but there only landing page, I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes,but nothing change

Also having this issue with HA suddenly stopped working, tried to the restore a backup however in the RasPI console directly I can’t page up to see the slug of the last few backups.
Anyone get a resolution?
