After Update to latest version of HA I got:
Integration error: freeathome - Requirements for freeathome not found: [‘pynacl==1.5.0’].
For years it worked like a charme.

That appears to be a Custom Integrations. You might want to ask in that GitHub Repo as well.
I did, but I have the hope that someone here is using it as well.
