Error setting up ZigBee Dongle 3.0

Hello everyone,

I’ve connected the ZigBee 3.0 dongle to my home automation system and installed ZigBee2MQTT.

I thought I could use it to access my radiator thermostats.

But when I try to add the ZigBee dongle to the dashboard, I get the error message: “Zigbee Home Automation
Error testing USB device”
Then the device disappears again. After a restart, the device reappears

What am I doing wrong?
