Error Talking To Open AI with Home Assistant Voice Preview

After upgrading to 2026.1.0 my voice assistant responds "Error talking to OpenAI"

My voice assistant is configured to use OpenAI. I restarted HA again and cycled power to the voice assistant to no avail. It was working just prior to upgrading to HA 2026.1.0. Now it just responds “Error talking to OpenAI”. I guess wait for the next update? -Thanks

A bug was introduced on 2026.1.0. Rollback to 2025.12.5 or wait for the fix.
