Errors after successful update

I’m getting errors after I updated Home Assistant. It appears to be causing problems with my on/off sliders in the UI:

17-01-31 21:29:02 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.core] Error doing job: Fatal read error on SSL transport
Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/usr/lib/python3.4/asyncio/selector_events.py”, line 825, in _read_ready
data = self._sock.recv(self.max_size)
File “/usr/lib/python3.4/ssl.py”, line 730, in recv
return self.read(buflen)
File “/usr/lib/python3.4/ssl.py”, line 619, in read
v = self._sslobj.read(len or 1024)
TimeoutError: [Errno 110] Connection timed out

I was also getting other errors with harmony hub. I had to comment out the remote section. Other than commenting out the remote section, no changes to the configuration have happened between the upgrade and now. I’m fairly certain the upgrade screwed me up. Any way to fix this?

Just for background info, I’m using Mosquito MQTT, letsencrypt, samba, and haaska.

Updated again and errors went away. Not sure what happened.

I was having weird errors along with automations not working as well. Upgrading again got rid of the errors for me too. Hopefully the automations go back to working

Errors look like HA was trying to connect to an API and couldn’t at the moment. In the time that you upgraded whatever communications issues you may have had were resolved as a coincidence.
