ESP32 + MQTT + Water Meter Sensor

Hey Guys, Any one came around a project with a esp32 and MQTT integration for our home assistant? I live in Belgium and have an old water meter and it will take Years when they exchange it to a digital one .

The type I have is : Elster & Kent V100
