ESP32-S3-ePaper-1.54 on HA

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up my ESP32-S3-ePaper-1.54 to turn it into my personal voice assistant connected to Home Assistant. Everything works perfectly (Piper, speaker with the Voice Assistant response) except for one frustrating thing: I can’t seem to activate the microphone!

All the audio sent to my HA is completely empty—just absolute silence, as if the microphone is completely shut off.

So you get audio out? With a quick look at the I/O sheet I would have thought you have the in and out audio GPIOs reversed, but if you get sound then I guess not.

I have no experience with these devices so just a guess.
