ESPHome Builder can not find devices after "Upgrade"?

Version 2025.6.2. here.

Clicking the “Logs” button, the live logs are listed. Pass
Clicking the Install | Wireless, the yaml compiles and is uploaded. Pass
Clicking Settings | System | Network | DHCP browser, list devices on net. Pass
Using the Addon Terminal: Ping’ing device-name.local resolves. Pass

However clicking on Update button (when available) or the “Update All” button, Device builder can not resolve the device IP address? Fail

Any suggestions?

There’s something odd going on here. These two are the same thing:

Yep. I suspected so…
Addition info: The Settings tab reports n Updates.
So following the link:

… and clicking UPDATE (lower right) - it DOES update. And the setting bubble count goes down!
