ESPHome case insensitive?

Please take a look at this ESPHome config file:

You can see that it uses none and pulse, instead of None and Pulse. Is the config file of the ESPHome case insensitive?

The docs say none and pulse not Pulse nor None.

Hi, can you give me the link to the docs?
From this doc:

You can see that the name of the default pulse effect is Pulse, not pulse.
As for None, I believe I have seen it somewhere and can’t find it now.
