I modified a VORKE HD41Pro 4x1 HDMI Switcher to integrate with HomeAssistant. The hack describes how to modify the HDMI switcher and contains code used to communicate with the device.
Unfortunately the VORKE HD41Pro seems to be out of production, although I bought mine only like 6 months ago. But if you own one or can get one of ebay this might work for you too!
