I ported the estrannaise pharmacokinetics playground to HA with custom regimens, dose reminder calendar events, and auto-scaling of the graph to match completed blood tests!
Estrannaise estimates your blood estradiol (E2) levels over time using a three-compartment pharmacokinetic model. You configure your dosing regimen (ester, method, dose, interval), and it renders a Plotly chart showing past levels and future predictions. Blood test results can be logged to calibrate the model to your individual response.
all fully local in your HA sqlite db, even the plotting library doesn’t touch the net, we ship the integration with a minified version so it’s not vulnerable to upstream attacks. None of your data ever touches the web.
