I came across a German article that suggests the S1 Pro robvac has Matter support, at least in Europe. I am wondering what other think this suggests?
Hard to say at this point; The article mentions it will come via a future update, and that it will require an additional bridge (matter-over-bridge).
If you ask me, a device is not a matter-device if it requires a bridge. The bridge supports matter in that case, not the device. Requiring a bridge defeats the purpose of having one communication standard. It’s a workaround.
