Hello,
I have several Eve Motion Shades which I have upgraded to matter. They are all primary in Apple Home. I have 2 Homepod Minis and 2 Apple TVs and a HA Yellow as TBRs. All my shades added in and are working great but when trying to add this single one it will not add in to save it’s life. I have tried removing from Apple Home and re-adding, restarting all TBRs and HA Matter Addon, etc. Let me know what I am missing. Here is the Matter Server Logs:
