Has anyone looked at integrating the new (April ‘25) Everhot WiFi enabled controller??
It would seem to be a worthwhile upgrade for older Everhot cookers.

It’s probably Tuya.
Most of the weird / new stuff with either overly generic or overly unpronouncable names is.
Tuya is hit and miss and if it’s WIFI, cloud dependent at some level.
It’s almost must if you use it 24/7 for moonshine distillation.
In normal meal preparation ‘Tariff Mode’, ‘Follow the Sun’ etc sounds quite impractical…
