Pretty new to this but is anyone else having to enter their password to get back into the dashboard after basically every action?
No you shouldn’t have to do that. Are you clicking the “remember me” box?
Thanks for the reply. Yep, I’ve tried that. I don’t have to re-enter my password with that checked but I still have to refresh pretty often because the dashboard seems too be unable to send commands (I can click buttons and the ui responds but nothing actually happens) The refresh then seems to go through the full authentication again and the page will start working. It’s really only a problem when I’m modifying the config.
How long are you waiting after you restart due to a code change? It usually takes over 30 seconds for everything to get back up and running after a restart. Until then you can’t log in. Then when the log in fails, it will assume the password is incorrect and make you re-enter your password.
As for the locking up part between restarts…that’s a different issue. When that happens have you checked the log for errors?
