Can a mod please delete this? I solved my own problem.
I have a very basic setup running HassOS on a RPi 3B+ with a ConBee II stick + handful of Zigbee sensors. I have an iPhone and am using the HomeKit Bridge to successfully see my sensors in my iOS Home app.
However, I would like to exclude a default sensor called light.unknown_1 from my iPhone’s Home app. Below is my filter, but light.unknown_1 is still showing in the iOS Home app.

Can anyone assist? Am I doing something wrong?
