Experiences with matter.js beta of Matter Server 8.2.2

Done:

The new Matter Server (JS) is running very well in my setup. I had a lot of issues before with devices becoming unavailable and never becoming available again without a Matter Server (Python) restart. I have 61 Matter devices online at the moment, 21 more are waiting to be switched back from Zigbee to Thread - I had moved my Aqara light switches to Z2M because of the problems with Matter. It now feels like Matter over Thread is more stable for me than the already pretty stable Z2M. There are still some glitches here and there. But it takes max. a few seconds for devices to react whereas before they didn’t at all many times. I was already thinking about uninstalling all my 36 Nanoleaf Downlights because of this and the Matter Server change saved me from spending the money and time to do this. So thank you very much and I’m hopeful this will get out of Beta soon. I’ve also paired a few devices since starting to use it and it worked fine. For me the “beta” Matter Server based on Javascript is already much better than the “stable” Matter Server based on Python.

I’ve read somewhere that the new Matter Server does a lot of writes to permanant storage instead of using RAM which results in overuse and eventually broken storage hardware. Has this been fixed already or is this still an issue?

The issues I had before with the old Python version: Matter Server Add-on stops working at same 4 times a day
