Since moving to Z2M at the weekend, I lost the ability for settings scenes via multi-press using my Hue dimmers. Lots of places seemed to suggest making funky blueprints for things, but I just wanted actions to come in.
This is a external converter for zigbee2mqtt that brings back in the same kind of features I had in ZHA before the move.
It supports up to 10 presses on on/off but by default only does 5 - but you can configure this in the settings, as well as only allow certain presses to count (Say you only wanted to count 2, 5 ,10) and a configurable timeout.
It’s probably only really useful to me(!) but I thought I would share as when I was searching I came across a few topics/issues about it.
This is only for the older style dimmers - the ones without the Hue button - and I have no idea if it works with binding (I haven’t got that far yet!)
