Failed to install the Matter Server add-on

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here.

I’ve installed a Home Assistant VM using UTM, and I’m getting this error when trying to install Matter:

“Failed to install the Matter Server add-on.”

I also have a notification saying that I don’t have enough storage: 4.7 GB used out of 5.2 GB.
Since this is a VM, how can I increase its disk size?

You increase the storage media size in your hypervisor and then you restart HAOS.
You need restart the entire system, not just HA Core.

Hi WallyR I have not found where I can increase the size on my VM using UTM I m still looking for it …

That would be somewhere in UTM and not HA, so I can not help there.

I have found the setting was quite simple finally thanks for your help lake of place lead that I could not install Matter it is all good now
