New to both HA and this community so hope I am asking for help in the right place - if not, please tell me where to go (politely!).
Running HA 2026.2 and my (fixed IP) POE Doorbird has been discovered. I have set up a new user with all permissions bar relay (as I don’t have a relay). Entering this data results in a “failure to authenticate”.
I have double checked the entered data / IP address and am convinced that my cutting and pasting is accurate.
I do note that HA includes the Wi-Fi MAC address of the Doorbird when it is the LAN MAC that is conencted to the network - both HA and Doorbird are on the same network.
Would appreciate any suggestions as to how I can get teh Doorbird to appear in HA.
