Failing to install HAC - New to Home Assistant

Hi I am trying to install a Seplos inverter bluetooth integration which is delived by HAC’s. Trying to install HAC’s but get the following failure:

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

I tried about half a dozen times to install it with the same error.
The good news is that I left it overnight - tried again today and it installed without any problem.

When you have just installed HACS the download of integrations data can cause a rate limiter at GitHub to be activated and that might be the case here.
After a while HACS have retreived what it needs and from then on it works as expected.
