Fan speed is missing under climate device in Homekit

Hi,

Climate devices exposed to Homekit using HASS missing fan speed option, while under HASS UI fan speed exists under the climate device.
first, I thought this is a HomeKit API disability BUT then I found that climate devices that exposed in HomeBridge due to support fan speed.

Hope to get control on fan speed under climate devices in HomeKit

Home assistant needs to support a new homekit accessory type, currently climate is mapped to Thermostat and it needs to offer HeaterCooler as an additional option Apple Developer Documentation

This accessory in HK supports fan and swing modes.
