Faster Builds for users with multiple ESP devices

Can the build be broken down into two parts.
One for the common files that are part of ESP release. This should be in a shared area for that release.
This build would only compile any new base release EPS components that are required that have not been previously compiled.

Then one for the device specific and custom files.

ESPHome feature requests go on their github page. Not here.

And I’m pretty sure that will be rejected. That’s not how builds work. The firmware has to be compiled per device.
