This is proving to be an issue.
It seems that the USB ports on my Yellow have failed for some reason which wouldn’t be a huge issue were it not that I have an Aeotec USB ZWave adapter connected to one of them
My question is, as I can’t seem to find an easy answer is, can I get the adapter connected by any other means? Even if it’s just a temporary solution until I work out something more permanent.
Have you tried to do a Host Shutdown, dis-connect everything on the USB ports, power down, wait a few, then power up, reconnect, and see if it helped?

Thanks, I have asked support for help as I tried what you suggested but no joy, the ports are both dead.
Has a faulty battery zapped the Yellow ports? Try plugging the Aeotec into a phone charger to give it an initial charge and see if that makes a difference.
No it blew… for sure 
Both ports are fragged, 100%.
