Somehow this feature has been implemented I understand. So I removed the request text. Thank you.
First, why using all those bold highlights in your text?
Second, why rant about encryption while that station is already passed. Local backups do not need encryption anymore.
Third, you can just backup to a usb drive. I know because i just do this myself. And also you can map your connected drive in HA since a month or 6 now.
