[Feature Request] Notifications for Integrations are messed-up and lacking : changes recommended

Problem:
HA provides no notifications or delineation between critical issues and non-essential warnings (see screenshots below)
Oddly it does fuss (shows a count # on the ‘settings’ menu item) for non-critical things like device firmware update available.

Feature Request:

  1. If an integration failing in some way, the admin should be notified in the Notification areas, not just the Integrations page. Otherwise, ‘needs attention’ may not be seen for a long time.

  2. When a device is offline this Integration throws ‘Needs Attention’ … we need a way to disable that device from causing an error to occur Sleep Warning for N days and/or Ignore Device (TP-Link example below where the device is just offline, but HA is making it seem like a huge problem)

  3. If a critical issue is occurring to make the entire Integration fail or become non-usable (ASUS example below) there needs a Notification to let us know its critical

This is especially important when a required device is failing to communicate and the Integration fails to work in its entirety – like the ASUS Integration not being able to reach the router; which causes all entities to fail to work. Which I’m seeing right now only because I went into the Integrations page.
