Fibaro Wallplug (FGWP102) kWh spikes

For some reason the Fibaro Wallplug occasionally spikes in kWh and then returns back to normal.

As you can imagine this looks all wrong in the daily, monthly and yearly energy overview, this is June:

Any idea how to correct the energy data, and even better prevent this from happening again?

Not much of a help but, it seems like a faulty plug (or anything else). I have severals of these (+5) and have not experienced this.

I did find a way to correct the data, to at least get a better estimate. Using statistics under Developer Tools.

It hasn’t happened since.
