Just wanted to post this here in case I have something in my config files that people could benefit from.
I have spent the last few days trying to revamp everything to be cleaner looking and easier to understand but still have a long way to go.
If you understand the basics though then everything should be easy to follow for you but if you have any questions then feel free to ask!
I will be maintaining my repository over the next week or two and doing a lot of updates as I get some spare time.

EDIT: Forgot to add the photos for my HA-Floorplan design. It’s still very much a WIP but for the most part everything is working. Still need to add the Last HA Notification sensor, Day sensor, and finish the middle row of my modes section
