I found out on the fcc internal photos for the 9v battery it uses the ATWINC 1500b chip, I currently have one that is not being used.

it seems to use a board that roost itself makes it is called Roost RSW200A
it seems the fcc id is for the wifi board, and the wifi board is in the top cover
