Hey guys, I am pretty frustrated right now.
I bought two Fingerbots Plus and and paired them with the Smart Life App and then integrated them with the tuya integration and iot website.
But ultimately, nothing works…
I cannot configure any settings or control it via HA. I can only control them via the Smart Life App.
What can I do?
This forrum is primarlky for the built-in ZHA integration, so if not using that built-in ZHA integration then suggest instead post the question in the third-party integratin section → Third party integrations - Home Assistant Community
If it is a Zigbee device then you could try buy a ZHA compatible Zigbee Coordinator radio adapter and try paring it with built-in ZHA integration instead.
