Fire HD 10(7th gen) - app is crashing and no able to re-open it

hi,
using above mentioned device, with HA version 2025.11.1-full, once fresh install is done all works, when i close app window, re-open - just blank screen (loading) and nothing happens…

any idea if thats the Device issue or App issue?
