That’s 6 years worth of breaking changes you’ll have to read through in order to see if it’s safe! Your install is so old, it’s still picking up last January’s update as “latest”.
You could try to update, but make sure you have a backup downloaded off the server & be prepared to install from scratch.
It’s firmware, not HAOS

Meaning, it should be ok; updating the raspberry’s firmware should not affect your home-assistant.
But, as always.., take a backup…(better safe than sorrow)
