First Alert ZCOMBO sensors unavailable

I discovered an issue with my z-wave smoke detectors and have had no success in trying to resolve it. I’ve tried solutions suggested in other threads to no avail so I’m checking to see if anyone else has encountered this issue or has new ideas.

I migrated to a new server (Raspberry Pi 3b HA OS to Raspberry Pi 4b HA OS) and was checking things out and I discovered that all of the sensors for my smoke detectors are unavailable.

I woke them up and re-interviewed them and they remained unavailable. The next logical step was to remove an alarm from the network and re-add it. Well, that certainly made things worse. The sensors went from Unavailable to non-existent. I followed the instructions for a factory reset and the sensors still aren’t there.

The device statistics look like there’s an issue, but I’m pretty much at the end of my debugging abilities.

Does anyone have an idea as to why all the sensors disappeared and what I can try to get them back?
Thanks in advance.

When you moved Pi 4b, did you keep the same ZWave USB device?
My only suggestion would be to move one of the alarms close to the ZWave controller and see if it eventually becomes available after several hours.

I did keep the same USB stick when I upgraded and everything else migrated with no issues.
I’ve also had the smoke detector that I removed and re-added sitting less than two meters from the hub for a few days and it hasn’t made any difference.

Thanks for the suggestions
