First install fails on Beelink Mini PC S13: issue with supervisor & AwesomeVersion

Hi all, happy new year!

I tried to install HA on a new Beelink mini PC S13 ( Intel Twin Lake-N150, 12 Go RAM DDR4, 500 Go SSD)
I went through the install tutorial for HAOS via ubuntu & a USB flash drive.
All went well until I started up the mini PC with HAOS installed (only usb connected was my keyboard, wired connection to internet), I got the CLI on the screen

BUT whenever I tried to reach the HA page, it would not work (I tried both the homeassistant.local & IP addresses)

I dig a little bit more an now run in circles between errors:
When using the « core restart » command:
Processing… Done
Error: unknown error, see Supervisor logs (check with ‘ha supervisor logs’)

When using the « core rebuild » command:
I get the following error: cannot import ‘AwesomeVersion’ from ‘awesomeversion’ (/usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/awesomeversion/init.py)

When using the « supervisor logs » command:
I get multiple errors:
Error (mainthread) [supervisor.homeassistant.core] Home assistant has crashed!
Error (mainthread) [supervisor.core] can’t start home assistant core - rebuilding
Error (mainthread) [supervisor.homeassistant.core] Home assistant has crashed!
Error (mainthread) [supervisor.homeassistant.core] Home assistant has crashed!

What should I do to be able to reach the HA page and start the configuration?

I am a newbie, so please let me know if you need more info in order to help me out.
Thanks in advance

I bought the same system last week and installation is no problem.

Just follow the instructions in the link above.

You mentioned installing it on Ubuntu?!???

HASOS has its own firmware, so no underlying ubuntu! Only when you want to run Homeassistant Core, without HAOS you need an underlying OS.
I would not recommend this for newbies!!

Currently i switched to virtualize it on proxmox and is also running fine on the beelink.
