I recently installed a Flo by Moen water leak detection system and wanted to set up an integration where the KASA smart switch connected to my hot water recirculation pump would turn OFF in the case where the Flo by Moen shut off the water valve. The integration was simple to set up in the HA App, but the Kasa switch is getting activated when the Flo by Moen is NOT shutting off the water valve. Any thoughts on this?

I would check line 42, it should have the answer.
Sorry, there have been just a few to many of these lately… There may be a solution but there is a slight problem.
Please share the YAML and any errors so we can see what you’ve done.
