I am looking for recommendations for a service or freelancer who can create a 3D model and rendered views of my home, including different lighting scenarios and irrigation configurations, based on my floor plan.
Doing all of this myself would be too time‑consuming at the moment, so I’d like to outsource the work. My idea is the following:
I will provide photos of my home and details of where all light sources and watering zones are located.
The result should be rendered PNG images that I can directly use in my Home Assistant setup (e.g. with a picture-elements card).
Bonus (nice to have): a ready-to-use YAML configuration for a fully set up Lovelace card or view based on these renderings.
Does anyone here have any recommendations for such a service or know someone who has already done this for Home Assistant (freelancer, agency, or similar)?
I’ve done this for myself. Be prepared, cause this can take up to a week, maybe two, of work depending on what you desire and the type of hardware being used for building the model, rendering the photos, then editing each photo. Yes, each photo will need edits for maximum effect. Not to mention zones, entrypoints, and appliance specific photos. As well as the coding, especially if you want animations via card_mod. If I had to do it again for someone else, I’d easily charge at least $1K+ without blinking. Good luck on your search.

This is using Sweet Home 3D software. Things like fans will appear on the floorplan and spin in an animation. Any windows or doors open will show a blue highlight on the floorplan. TV’s on show a blue flicker in the room and fireplaces shows a fire glow/flicker when on (like the room next to the garage). Zones highlight the room border in green.
