Flush Homekit from HA?

So when i got HA a year half ago, early last year i was using the HomeKit integration and added 2 Meross MSG100 garage door controllers easily via HomeKit. They detected straight away, and simple input the code and were added.

I had some issues with the network and i deleted/removed the devices in trouble shooting. Now the issue is. Since i did that, i’ve never been able to get them to be rediscovered via HomeKit.

I’ve tried resetting the devices and all sorts.

I’ve removed the Integration also. In contrast the Velux Home kit devices, if i remove them which i did just the other day to test, they immediately show up again as discovered devices… Same also with the Tado adding via HomeKit, simple to just add them with codes.

So i’m wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why this is not happening for the Garage door devices?

There are quite a few topics about that device but I haven’t read them.

Wow thanks, I had a little look but couldn’t see a perfectly related one, but that link I’ve not come across before!!! So thanks so much!!

I’ve had the HomeKit route originally then moved to Meross Lan, but was unaware on this other one!
