I was wondering if anyone could help. On Thursday our internet service provider went down for a few hours but came back again and all devices, internet sites, emails etc worked fine apart from my Motorola Camera. When trying to reconnect the camera it states error code 4. The other odd thing is I tried reinstalling the Hubble connect app and when trying to log back in it said ‘A server with the specified host name could not be found’. I disconnected from my WiFi and using cellular could log in fine. Of course I can’t connect my camera though as it needs to be connected to my WiFi. I’ve contacted both Hubble and my internet service provider and tried numerous reboots, restarts and resets but I continually get the same problem. The server address in the app details is https://api.hubble.in/v1 and when trying to type this into my browser an error appears. Has anyone got any idea what could be the problem?
