⚽ Football Hub – A Complete Football Dashboard & Competition Hub for Home Assistant

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’ve been developing Football Hub for Home Assistant and thought it was time to share it properly with the community.

Football Hub started as a way for me to bring football information into Home Assistant without having to jump between different apps and websites. It’s grown quite a bit since then!

:soccer_ball: FOOTBALL HUB

It provides a dedicated football interface inside Home Assistant with features including:

• Live scores and match status
• Fixtures and results
• League tables
• Match statistics
• Line-ups and player information
• Live match centre
• Goals, cards, substitutions and other match events
• TV guide
• Football news
• Transfers
• My Club section
• Multiple leagues and competitions
• Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts

:trophy: LAST MAN STANDING

I’ve also built a full Last Man Standing competition system directly into Football Hub.

You can create and manage your own private LMS competition, including:

• Multiple players
• Entry fees and prize fund
• Weekly/round picks
• Automatic pick deadlines
• Team-use tracking
• Player elimination
• Round progression
• Fixtures and results
• Competition standings
• Admin controls

Players don’t need access to your Home Assistant installation either.

Football Hub can create a public competition page which players can use to view the competition, fixtures, picks, results, standings and prize fund.

I’m also working on live match information for LMS so fixtures can update with the score, match minute, half-time and full-time status as the games are being played.

:bullseye: WHY I BUILT IT

This originally started as something for my own Home Assistant setup, but I’ve kept expanding it as I’ve used it.

The aim is to have one proper football hub inside Home Assistant rather than lots of separate cards and automations.

It’s still actively being developed, so feedback, bug reports and ideas for new features are very welcome.

:star: GitHub:

If anyone gives it a try, let me know what you think.

And if you find it useful, giving the project a :star: on GitHub really helps.

Hi, loving this app, just what I’m after. I send the next match over to my pixel clock, however I can’t find a sensor for the next match date. Have I missed it or is this in development?
