At least my Tab5 had a production AP in the coprocessor NVS (shows up in the logs early in boot: M5stack_production) which forced a 30 second delay in connecting to my ESPhome defined network(s). The solution is to wipe the NVS in the coprocessor then reload the latest via esp32hosted.update.
