Forbidden 403 error message when opening the app (pc and smartphone)

Currently, I have the problem on the smartphone and no longer on the PC. However, this keeps changing…
It works When i connect to the IP in my Wi-Fi → IT doesnt work When i connect from my wifi to the external Adress. The app has already been deleted and the smartphone restarted.

Im using Cloudflare and i’m admin.

Hi, did it work at all previously to connect using your WAN (external) address when on your LAN (connected to your home Wi-Fi)?

Also, you can specify both your WAN & LAN address in the mobile companion app.
