Forum Keeps Saying I have One Unread Post

For the last few weeks every time I visit the forum, it says I have one unread post. When I switch to the unread tab, there is nothing there and the count goes away. If I come back later, the same thing happens. And if I actually have an unread post, the forum says I have two unread posts.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, clearing my browser cache, deleting all the cookies related to the forum, a different browser, and even rebooting my machine. I’m pretty sure the problem isn’t on my end at this point. Any other suggestions?

its been doing this for ages now, it was discussed a few weeks ago, not sure if anything was done to fix it. As it still happens I guess not.

I have strange "problem": for appr. two weeks now whenever i open forum i get one unread topic more than it's real. If i read all subscribed topics it shows zero, but when i close forum and reopen it i get one unread again. When i click on "unread" page says "nothing left...impressive" and title jumps to zero unread. It's the same on all devices (tablet, phone, pc's) and cache clear doesn't help, if i sign off and sign in again also doesn't help. Where are "unread" stored anyway? What to do?
