Hello, everyone.

I have a Fuji (not Fujitsu) ducted air conditioner, model ACF24UI-LM, with a wall-mounted control panel like the one attached to this message.

I wanted to know if it’s possible to automate its operation. I’ve seen posts with control panels just like mine, but I’m not sure if my model is compatible with the code you’ve posted here.

Also, I’d need to know what components I’ll need. I understand I’ll need the EPS32 board, but according to the AI, I’ll need another board to convert the voltage—and this is where I get lost because I don’t know anything about electronics or soldering; I’m more of a networking guy, haha.

Thanks for your help.

@nathansags Any chance you have ideas about what the problem could be here. Anything related to this specific hardware that jumps out that might help me figure out why it won't allow itself to get fully set up as the secondary controller? Thanks!

Hey Christian,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this. I have no problems with swapping out the board if you think it may resolve the problem you are having. I want everyone to get this working as I myself have had it running for over a year and love what you can do with it.
Unfortunately I am no programmer, I leave this to the guys that know what they are doing.

There are about 120 of these boards out there now and as far as I know they have all been working for sometime, with the exception of one that I did swap, but this one I manage to reflash and it and it has been installed on my own ac unit for months now working just fine.
I guess there is always the chance there could be an issue with one or two.

Happy to help where ever I can, just let me know.

Hi again.

I found this other board that’s already assembled. As I mentioned, I don’t know anything about electronics, and I don’t have any soldering tools, etc....

I’m from Spain, and the board from my Australian friend is expensive, plus there’s the risk of customs charges.

A relative of mine could buy this board from the UK and bring it to me on a trip to Spain, which would save me the shipping and customs costs.

Sorry! I don’t think there’s an issue with the board (I just ordered more anyway, so I can test it if I need to). I think there is some timing issue with my exact mini-splits and in looking at that GitHub issue, I really don’t have the expertise to troubleshoot much further, so I am just looking for ideas to explore to get it working.

I got boards from Nathan, but am having trouble figuring out where to wire this iinto the Fujitsu board. I have a Fujitsu asuh15kpas.

thank in advance for the assist!
