I believe I have the same dongles installed and they mostly work. I do have an issue around them getting wonky in shoulder sessions, but I’m not convinced they directly due to the dongles.
I did end up buying mine through a random distributor in Poland because I find the price markup from installers to be ridiculous

You will have to do that via your network configuration, the dongle doesn’t provide the optionality
