Since couple of days, Fully Kiosk browser is showing a
an empty panel on the left side as well as banner on the top with name of the application.
anybody knows what happens ?

Fully_kiosk I though I never installed it, and though not showned in HACS, it was installed (you can find it in www folder ...
I updated to last release (version 14 think), and it solved the issue
Concerning the header at the top, this is a Fully Kiosk Browser option I activated my mistake (A customizable Action bar you can display or not).
What exactly did you update? I installed the latest beta version from the fully kiosk, but the empty space is still there.

You need to go to HACS, and update Kiosk Mode to v14.0.0
Fully Kiosk Browser is just that - a browser. There is an integration for HA, but you only need that if you want to change its settings remotely or allow HA to access the camera in the tablet. It's not necessary for normal use - eg in a wall dashboard.
Kiosk Mode from HACS is something completely different.
To remove the header in Fully Kiosk you probably need to change the browser settings - unfortunately there are quite a lot of them, so it's difficult to say which one in your setup. Try experimenting.
Does the dashboard appear correctly on a normal browser?
Edit: At the moment the problem could have several sources:
- Fully Kiosk settings on the tablet
- The Fully Kiosk integration (if you have it installed)
- The design of your dashboard
- Other dashboard modifications from HACS (if you have any installed)
Any the last three could have been affected by recent HA updates. I would suggest you remove the Fully integration and any HACS integrations, then compare the Fully display on the tablet with the same dashboard on another browser. If the problem persists in Fully but not on the other browser, you need to look at Fully settings.
