Fully Kiosk media player stops every 22 minutes

I’m using Fully Kiosk Browser to have a screen in the kitchen (weather, some switches and - of course - radio to get wake up in the morning ;-))

I’m using Mini Media Player and play a couple of German radio stations. The music is streamed to the Fully Kiosk media player and the tablet itself is connected to a bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately streaming stopps approx. every 22 minutes. Connection to bluetooth speaker is still active then and Mini Media Player switched its play-stop button to play. So I think this can’t be a network issue.

Any hints for me?

I had same issue, with same tablet use case. In HA Activity I see tablet ‘changed to Idle’ at the same moment when radio stops playing. I tried in Fully, in Settings:

  • Power Settings I set ‘Prevent from Sleep while Screen Off’
  • Device Management is set both ‘Keep Screen On’ and ‘Keep Screen On (Advanced)’

My tablet is Android 15, screen is still turning off - that’s ok for me, tablet still changes to Idle after ~20 minutes, but radio keeps playing. So I guess ‘Prevent from Sleep while Screen Off’ is doing the trick.
