I’ll say it. Fully Kiosk on Fire Stick is too inconsistent to be relied on. I have identical Fire sticks on two different tv’s. One works right some of the time and the other one doesn’t work at all.
The problems i have is that most of the time bring to foreground doesn’t work from HA or the fully kiosk admin webpage. Sometimes fully kiosk loads after reboot, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve been fighting with this for a month now and for a 60 year old retired IT professional with lots of free time, that’s saying something.
Is there a potential replacement for fully kiosk that will facilitate switching the fire stick to show the doorbell cam when the doorbell is rung.
The problem is the Fire Stick, not Fully. Even Fully admit that things don’t work correctly on them. Ditch the stick for an Android TV stick and you will not have any of the problems.
